The Job
We are a growing business and are gearing up our sales efforts to be able to push new products to market, this means that you will be playing a central role and will be working closely with the management team in developing the business. You will be stepping in as the manager of a growing sales team and will be guiding and educating the team.
The task you will be working on:
Develop and execute our sales strategy
Work with digitalizing business models and strategy
Evolve and support the sales team
Be part of the day-to-day tasks in the sales department
Develop a strong base of customers that we can bring value to
Negotiate terms and close deals with international B2B customers
Understand market needs and help develop new products and services
You
You see opportunities where others see limitations and you would strive to one day become a partner.
You meet these qualifications:
Relevant Masters degree or have in other ways acquired equivalent experience
Are a naturally gifted salesperson
Understand how to utilize modern sales and marketing channels
Have solid operational experience with B2B sales
You are fairly technical and not afraid of working with numbers
Are a digital native and know how to work with a CRM / ERP system
Know how to develop and test business models
You speak and write English at a high level. Danish and German would be considered a plus
